Upper or LowerPermanent Make-Up (PMU) Eyeliner done on upper or lower eyelid. This includes a Lash Enhancement if Upper Eyelid is being done. For Lower Lid, the PMU Eyeliner is done under the "wet line." $125 Touch-Up 4-8 weeks after if needed.

Both Upper and Lower PMU Eyeliner is done during same appointment and includes a Lash Enhancement on Upper Lid which is a tattoo through the lashes. $175 Touch-Up 4-8 weeks after if needed.
