FAQ's for Microblading or Scalp Micropigmentation

Like all ink you should expect some fading over time. Results can last one-year to many years, but like all ink services, you should expect fading over time. Some clients like their tattoo to be refreshed in a year, some others every 2-3 years, more or less just depending upon  how crisp you want the color, definition, etc. Everyone is different and it depends on lifestyle, sunscreen, sun-exposure, etc.

You should expect that you will receive a customized service designed to meet your needs and expectations right out of the gate. You should expect your questions to be answered, your time valued and respected, and leave with results on your very first appointment. 

Small or large and everything inbetween, we customize your treatment plan based on your needs. Remember we are tattooing in hair folicles and there are many per square inch and it takes time. The smaller the treatment area and the lesser the hair density desired, the lower your costs. 

At Ink+ By Wendy LLC in San Mateo You should expect anywhere from 1 hour for eyeliner, up to 2.5 hours for Eyebrow Tattoo, and for Scalp Micropigmentation up to 4 hours per session depending upon how large of an area on the scalp that needs treatment. Follow-up appointments usually require less time depending upon what service is being done. These are approximate times and times may variate depending upon each persons needs/requirements.

As you continue to lose hair we will just blend the hair folicle tattooing into your existing hair as needed to create a smooth, natural appearance - no hard lines here.
